Physical description: Tall lathe man with hair that is dark brown almost black. Isaac stands around 6 feet even. He is always seen wearing a suit and hat. While he also tend to have a book with him he does not seem use it for anything.
Bio: Isaac is possibly one of the older residents of Tampa having been born in the city back in 1835 and having lived his whole mortal and immortal life there. Over all he has stay officially out of politics. He is known as a keeper of lore. Both mortal and vampire histories as well as occult and other esoteric subjects are his main trade. His sire Morton was a member of the conscientia order a small group of lore keepers with in the city. He had vanished after the 1908 fires with his sire and there small order. It was rumored for a long time that he had dabbled in something and it had destroyed his sire and him. But when he resurfaced in the mid 1960s those rumors died. He had council with each of the princes of the city a few times but nothing of note ever came of these and it is assumed that he just filled the role of informant in these meetings. With the disappearance of the most recent prince Isaac has taken an interest in keeping a record of this new point of kindred history.

As a person Isaac is a quite watcher. He stays outside the normal circles only coming to the forefront to offer his services as a lore master or to debate some point of interest. He has been known to debate both sides of an issue with equal vigor and to take up the opposing point just for the act of debating.

Isaac publicly owns two places of business. The Ouroboros a coffee house near USF with is also known to house his personal library The Crucible of Thought. The other place he owns is The Oubliette a martini bar that is a front for a high class fetish parlor.
