Physical description: Havoc is a man in his early to mid-twenties. He has black and violet dyed hair that is usually spiked with some gel. Havoc has dark blue eyes. Havoc has been dressing either business professional in a crisp black suit or more casually in his familiar 'raver' pants and tight fitting T-Shirts. Frequently seen with a pair of gloves that have steel threading in shapes on the palms. Havoc is above average height but not by much and has a swimmers build, not very strong but very lithe. Havoc has had a shift in demeanor lately has mostly banished his shyness and built into him a darker resolve.
Bio: Havoc, self proclaimed 'Switchboard' of the city, is a magus new to awakened society but has taken it by storm. Havoc is a member of the Free Council of Tampa and Farseeker for one of the more notable cabals in the city, The Harmonious Trinity. He was raised in Germany to American and German parents who died early on in his life. Havoc struggled with his new found awakening when it happened to him, feeling that he could not control his new found power. He holed himself up in his sanctum, pouring over eclectic science and ancient occult tomes to understand his condition. To this day, Havoc has a wide collection of books on Magical Theory and is a relative expect on the topic.

After wandering as an apostate for 6 months, Havoc finally settled in on joining the Free Council. He has quickly established himself there and works to help keep the Free Council together and productive. He works closely with several notable mages, including Jimmy Hoodwink, Jason Saice, Star, and Raging Dragon. This eclectic, caffinated young man is always a breath of fresh air, though you'll never know what he'll do next.

Physical description: Moria has a striking mix of Eastern European and Hispanic features, showing both her Grandmother's Gypsy heritage and that of her Cuban Grandfather. She has dark brown wavy hair that is often tied back with a scarf of some sort and large almond shaped amber colored eyes. Her features are more delicate than would be expected but still have a very strong sense of personality and strength (striking looks ****). She is just on the short side of average height with a lithe athletic figure honed from living on the streets. She often dresses in no no-nonsense jeans, tank tops, and boots but often accessorizes with scarves and heavier jewelry which evoke an eastern European feel. She always wears a set of heavy European gold coins on a chain about her neck which look as if they have been worn smooth with much handling.
Bio: Moira is most comfortable wandering the urban streets where she has lived as a stereotypical homeless 'street rat' the majority of her young life. She awakened at the relative young age of 15, but has already shown a remarkable ability to read Fate and a deep mystical tie to 'Her City'. Independent, Impulsive, Stubborn, and more than a bit hot-tempered, Moira is always quick to defend her Cabal and her friends but is very insistent that she can take care of herself, despite any evidence to the contrary.
